Villa Description

Villa Turquesa has a semi-private location on the north end of South Akumal beach with nothing but pure natural undeveloped beach on one side. Virtually everyone else on the beach has neighbors on both sides, making Villa Turquesa rather unique, perfect for those who like the freedom of wandering out their front door for a stroll on a vacant section of tropical beach. Of course you have the option to go the other way, passed some of the most exclusive vacation villas in the Riviera Maya. Just inside the front door places you in an elegant foyer entryway with a gourmet kitchen to the left and a spacious living room a little farther inside. A wide open floor plan essentially joins the kitchen, dining room and living areas into one grand common room, all facing the ocean view through glass sliders. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a double wide refrigerator and all the accessories you are likely to need. A raised breakfast counter separates the kitchen from the formal dining room, which seats 10. The living room is closest to the view and has a L shaped couch looking out to the sea over the swimming pool. The combination of space, elegance, swimming pool and a wide Caribbean view makes the beach level a great place to relax. Cook service can be arranged for an additional fee. There are five bedrooms in Villa Turquesa, the first being on the lower, beach level, garden side, with two double beds and a full bath with shower. The other four bedrooms are upstairs, including the master bedroom with a king bed, ocean terrace and full bathroom. Next to the master is another bedroom with two doubles and access to the ocean terrace. On the garden side, upper level, is a fourth bedroom, also with two double beds. And finally there is a children's bedroom with a single trundle bed and a set of bunk beds. Joining all the rooms of the upper level is the "studio" entertainment area with another set of couches, Satellite TV, DVD player, and to the side, a desk and chair with WIFI internet connection. Five bedroom guest house now available Now much larger groups, up to 20 adults!, can be accommodated at Villa Turquesa with the inclusion of Casa Turquesa Guest House when the number of guests exceeds 8 adults, 6 children. The guest house adjoins the main house, separated by a party wall, with full access to the pool and beach. The guest house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
